Racing Experience:

From proddy racing Yamaha 350s in the late 80’s to 600 ACU Star and Supercup series in the early nineties. Latterly World and UK Endurance racing.

Funniest moment in racing?

Seeing my left foot laying by my left ear, following a crash at Jurby! On a less macabre note, this team has the ability to smile at itself and even has fun when things are going wrong. Really proud to take part in my first amateur porn movie on tour in Bishopscourt.

Favourite moment in racing?

Riding the race of my life at the Brands Powerbike National 600 support race in the mid nineties and winning the 2004 Endurance Championship with Team GBmoto.

If I was gonna stick out my foot and trip another team member up:

I would have to sit down and try and get two particular people at once by sticking both legs out as a large thank-you for all their loyalty and help over the years. The intended victims would be those racing freaks; Kevin and Terry. Stay away from them they are useless, completely untrustworthy and dangerous in equal measures.

How I justify this to the other half:

You cannot justify this nonsense! .

What I will most likely say if you meet me in the paddock:

“Yeah well I am saving myself for the race – you try it with 3 stone in a rucksack and a pantomime sized set of leathers on”. .
